Three residential towers proposed at 77, 87, and 90 storeys to rise from a retail podium, also housing a public school. Some of the existing heritage LCBO headquarters buildings on the site are to be preserved and integrated into the redevelopment.
On the south half of the site will be a park with a low-rise retail building along its north side.
Situated just to the east of Yonge Street and just north of the waterfront, the complex is designed by architectsAlliance for Menkes Developments.
